Directions

Peel oranges, reserving the peel of 1 orange.
Cut orange into quarters; remove seeds.
Place orange quarters and orange peel in blender container; blend till orange peel is finely chopped.
Combine orange mixture and water in large kettle.
Bring orange mixture to boiling; cover and cook slowly for 10 minutes.
Put 1 cup of the cranberries in blender container; blend till coarsely chopped.
Add to mixture in kettle.
Repeat for remaining cranberries.
Add sugar.
Bring mixture to boiling, stirring till sugar dissolves.
Boil hard, stirring constantly, till mixture sheets off metal spoon, about 6 to 7 minutes.
Ladle into hot, scalded jars; seal.
