Ingredients
3 cups diced fresh pears (about 3 medium)
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, stemmed
3/4 cup pear nectar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a 2-quart pot, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to low, and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, or until the cranberry skins have popped open and the mixture has thickened.
