Cranberry Peach Relish Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1-pound can cling peach halves | ||
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whole Cloves | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon stick | 3 Inch | |
| Cranberries | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Drain peaches reserving 2/3 cup syrup.
Combine syrup, sugar, vinegar, and spices; bring to boil.
Add cranberries; boil without stirring till skins pop, 5 minutes.
Add peaches, cut in two.
Cool; chill.
