Cranberry Orange Sauce Recipe

| 1/4 cup sugar substitute or 1/2 cup granulated fructose | ||
| 1 tablespoon sliced and snipped or grated orange zest (optional) | ||
Directions
In a cup, mix cornstarch in a small amount of orange juice concentrate until smooth.
Mix in the rest of the concentrate and pour into a medium saucepan.
Add cranberries and sugar substitute.
Cook on high to medium heat.
Adjust your heat, stir often, and cook until cranberries pop and sauce has thickened.
Remove from stove and stir in zest.
Do a taste test and add more sweetener if needed.
