Cranberry Orange Sauce Recipe
|Orange juice concentrate||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh cranberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar substitute/1/2 cup granulated fructose||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated orange zest||1 Tablespoon, or sliced and snipped|

Mix in the rest of the concentrate and pour into a medium saucepan.
Add cranberries and sugar substitute.
Cook on high to medium heat.
Adjust your heat, stir often, and cook until cranberries pop and sauce has thickened.
Remove from stove and stir in zest.
Do a taste test and add more sweetener if needed.
