 Cranberries4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange rind1 Tablespoon, grated
 Sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange juice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Two 3 oz. pkg. orange gelatin
 2 cups diced unpeeled red apples
 Walnuts1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped
 Lettuce

Directions

Grind berries through the coarse blade of the food chopper.
Add orange rind and sugar and let stand while preparing gelatin mixture, stirring occasionally.
Heat water and orange juice.
Add to gelatin and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Chill until beginning to set.
Stir in cranberries, apples and walnuts.
Pour into 2-qt.mould or individual moulds.
Chill until set.
Unmould and serve on lettuce.
