Cranberry Orange Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup orange juice
Grated peel of 1 orange
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons hot water
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a small bowl, beat the egg; add the orange juice, peel, butter and water.
Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fold in the cranberries and nuts.
Spoon into a greased 9-in.x 5-in.x 3-in.loaf pan or two 5-in.x 2-1/2-in.x 2-in.mini-loaf pans.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
