Cranberry Orange Jelly Recipe
Ingredients
| Cranberries | 1 Pound | |
| Orange rind = 1 orange | ||
| Water | 1/2 Pint | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1 Pound | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Pick over the cranberries ad dicard any bruised or soft ones
MAKING
2. Add to a saucepan along with finely grated orange rind and water and come to a boil over medium flame
3. Simmer for ten minutes and stir every once in a while with a wooden spoon
4. Whe the mixture turns into a pulp, turn the heat off and press the berries and liquid through a sieve to puree
5. Add the puree back into the saucepan with a little sugar and stir over low flame till dissolved
6. Bring it to a boil, turn the heat off and pour into cream warm jars; allow to cool and then seal

7. Serve/Use as appropriate
