| Powdered sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Milk | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine biscuit mix and juice; mix well.
Divide into 16 portions.
Cut cranberry sauce into 16 pieces.
Shape each portion of dough into a ball around a piece of sauce.
Roll balls in butter.
Combine brown sugar and peel.
Roll dough in brown sugar mixture.
Place in greased 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes, then turn out.
Combine powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla; frost bread while warm.
