Cranberry Orange Bread Recipe
Ingredients

| Baking powder | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Shortening | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Grated rind and juice of 1 orange plus water to make | ||
| 3/4 cup, or use | ||
| Orange juice | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup raw cranberries, cut in halves | ||
Directions
Measure flour and blend dry ingredients.
Mix in shortening, orange rind and juice and egg.
Fold in cranberries.
Bake one hour at 350°F.in a well greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Cool thoroughly before slicing.
