Cranberry Nut Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Cranberries, chopped
2 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Salad Oil
1 Tsp. Grated Orange Rind
3/4 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Directions
Stir 1 tbs sugar into chopped cranberries; set aside.
In large bowl, combine remaining sugar with dry ingredients; blend thoroughly With hand beater, beat egg, oil, rind and juice together.
Stir into dry ingredients, mixing just enough to moisten.
Fold in the nuts and cranberries.
Bake in greased loaf pans, at 350 degrees, for about 1 hour or until done.
Best after frozen and thawed.
