Cranberry N Barley Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups cooked barley | ||
| Dried cranberries | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Milk | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine cooked barley and cranberries; set aside.
In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; beat well.
Stir in barley mixture.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 325°F 50 minutes or until set.
