Cranberry Muffins Recipe
This is a kick ass recipe for cranberry muffins which will knockout anyone who eats it. Excuse my french please. Try this cranberry muffins once and only once! your loyalty to it forever is guaranteed!

Ingredients
3/4 cup cranberries, halved
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup roasted and ground alfalfa sprouts, 1/8 inch
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
4 tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix cranberries and sugar in bowl and let stand.
Put dry ingredients together in large bowl.
Add egg, milk and butter all at once.
Mix until dry ingredients are dampened.
Do not beat.
Fold in cranberries and orange rind.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 minutes.
