Cranberry Mellow Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
1 env. unflavored gelatin
2 cup cranberry fruit cocktail
1 cup mandarin orange slices
1 cup mini marshmallows
Directions
Sprinkle gelatin over cranberry fruit cocktail in saucepan.
Allow to soften for 5 minutes.
Bring to boiling, stirring to dissolve gelatin.
Chill until mixture is the consistency of egg whites.
Then fold in orange slices and marshmallows.
Transfer to serving dish.
Chill until firm.
