Cranberry Holiday Ring Recipe

Cranberry holiday ring is a fruit gelatin ring. Made with strawberry and lemon gelatin along with pineapple and cranberry orange relish, this fruity gelatin delight also has marshmallows in it. Flavored with salad dressing, the cranberry holiday ring is finished with whipped cream. chilled and unmolded to serve, I like this with a dollop of whipped cream or sliced strawberries on top.

Ingredients

 
2 1/4 cups water, divided
 
1 package (4-serving size) Brand Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
 
1 (10 1/2 ounce) package frozen cranberry-orange relish, thawed
 
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple
 
1 package (4-serving size) Brand Lemon Flavor Gelatin
 
2 cups Miniature Marshmallows
 
1/2 cup Salad Dressing
 
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Directions

Bring 1 cup water to boil.
Gradually add to strawberry gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
Add cranberry-orange relish; mix well.
Pour into lightly oiled 6 1/2-cup ring mold; cover.
Chill until almost set.
Drain pineapple, reserving liquid.
Bring remaining 1 1/4 cups water to boil.
Gradually add to lemon gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
Add marshmallows; stir until melted.
Add reserved pineapple liquid; cover.
Chill until partially set.
Add salad dressing and pineapple to marshmallow mixture.
Fold in whipped cream; pour over strawberry layer.
Cover; chill until firm.
Unmold.
Garnish as desired.
