Cranberry Holiday Ring Recipe
|Water||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs), divided|
|Strawberry gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Package / 4 Serving Size)|
|Frozen cranberry orange relish||10 1⁄2 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Lemon flavor gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Package / 4 Serving Size)|
|Miniature marshmallows||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|

Gradually add to strawberry gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
Add cranberry-orange relish; mix well.
Pour into lightly oiled 6 1/2-cup ring mold; cover.
Chill until almost set.
Drain pineapple, reserving liquid.
Bring remaining 1 1/4 cups water to boil.
Gradually add to lemon gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
Add marshmallows; stir until melted.
Add reserved pineapple liquid; cover.
Chill until partially set.
Add salad dressing and pineapple to marshmallow mixture.
Fold in whipped cream; pour over strawberry layer.
Cover; chill until firm.
Garnish as desired.
