Cranberry Glazed Roast Turkey Recipe
|Stuffed turkey||10 Pound, frozen|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened (1 Stick)|
|Jellied cranberry sauce||7 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Leaf marjoram||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled|

1.Take the frozen stuffed turkey out of wrapper.
2.Take a roasting pan, put turkey on the rack and brush soft butter or margarine over it.
3.Follow the direction son the package and roast for 5 1/2 hours without covering.
4.Brush with drippings after every hour.
5.Drain the drippings in a small bowl, put 2 tablespoons in small saucepan and keep the rest aside.
6.Put Cranberry and Worcestershire sauce along with marjoram in the pan and cook by stirring continuously.
7.Apply the sauce on turkey.
8.Roast turkey for 30 more minutes until the thermometer shows 165 degrees when inserted in the center of stuffing.
9.Take a heated platter, place the turkey on it.
10.Carve and serve the turkey.
