Cranberry Glazed Ham Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 8 to 10 pound fully cooked boneless smoked ham | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Curry powder | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whole cranberry sauce | 1 16 Ounce | |
| Light corn syrup | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Score ham, if desired.
Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
Insert meat thermometer.
Bake, uncovered, in a 325°F oven for 2 hours or till meat thermometer registers 140°F.
Meanwhile, cook onion and curry powder in butter or margarine till onion is tender but not brown.
Stir in cranberry sauce and corn syrup; heat through.
Brush ham with glaze.
Bake ham 20 minutes more.
Keep glaze warm.
Pass remaining glaze to serve over ham slices.
