Cranberry Glazed Ham Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 4- to 5-pound fully cooked boneless ham | ||
| Whole cloves | ||
| Packed brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Juice concentrate | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), frozen | |
| Water | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cloves | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Using a sharp knife, score top of ham into a shallow diamond pattern.
Insert a whole clove in the center of each diamond.
For glaze, in a small saucepan combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
Stir in cranberry juice concentrate, water, mustard, lemon juice, cinnamon, and ground cloves.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
Cover and set aside.
Place ham on convection roasting rack set on top of broiler pan.
Insert a meat thermometer into center of ham.
