Cranberry Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 medium orange, peeled and coarsely chopped | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Minced | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cranberries package | 1 , frozen | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except cranberries in a medium saucepan,- bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Add cranberries, and cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes or until cranberries pop and mixture thickens, stirring frequently.
