Cranberry Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
| Raisins - 1 cup, light seedless | ||
| Dates - 1 8-ounce package pitted, chopped | ||
| Whole cranberry sauce - 2 16-ounce cans | ||
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger, cinnamon and allspice - 1/4 teaspoon each | ||
| Cloves | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Cider vinegar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a pan combining all ingredients cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
FINALIZING
2. To preserve spoon into hot sterilized jars and seal.
SERVING
3. Serve preferably with turkey or chicken.
