 Raisins - 1 cup, light seedless
 Dates - 1 8-ounce package pitted, chopped
 Whole cranberry sauce - 2 16-ounce cans
 Sugar3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Ground ginger, cinnamon and allspice - 1/4 teaspoon each
 Cloves1/8 Teaspoon
 Cider vinegar3/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan combining all ingredients cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.

FINALIZING
2. To preserve spoon into hot sterilized jars and seal.

SERVING
3. Serve preferably with turkey or chicken.
