 Cranberries2 Cup (16 tbs), frozen
 Tart apple1 Large, peeled
 Sugar3 Tablespoon
 Coriander/ cilantro2 Tablespoon, minced
 Lime juice2 Tablespoon
 Serrano chili1 , minced
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Whirl cranberries in a food processor until finely chopped, or grind through a food chopper with a fine blade.
In a bowl, combine cranberries, apple, sugar, cilantro, lime juice, chili, and salt to taste.
