Cranberry Chili Relish Recipe
Ingredients
| Cranberries | 2 Cup (16 tbs), frozen | |
| Tart apple | 1 Large, peeled | |
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Coriander/ cilantro | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Serrano chili | 1 , minced | |
| Salt | To Taste |
Directions
Whirl cranberries in a food processor until finely chopped, or grind through a food chopper with a fine blade.
In a bowl, combine cranberries, apple, sugar, cilantro, lime juice, chili, and salt to taste.
