Cranberry Chicken Shari Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whole cranberry sauce | 1 1 pound | |
| Crushed pineapple can | 1 9 Ounce, drained | |
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |

| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (For Chicken Layer:) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Chicken Layer:) | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon (For Chicken Layer:) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (For Chicken Layer:) | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon (For Chicken Layer:) | |
| 2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced (For Chicken Layer:) | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, minced (For Chicken Layer:) | |
Directions
In a saucepan, soften gelatin in water.
Place over low heat and stir until dissolved.
Add cranberry sauce, pineapple, nuts and lemon juice; mix well.
Pour in an 8-inch square baking dish and refrigerate until almost firm.
To make the chicken layer, in a small saucepan, soften gelatin in water; place over low heat and stir until dissolved.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Add dissolved gelatin and mix well.
Pour Chicken Layer over top and refrigerate until firm.
Makes 8 servings.
