Directions
1. Arrange chicken pieces in a 2-quart glass baking dish with meatier pieces toward edge.
2. In a 1-cup glass measure, blend lemon juice, brown sugar, and cranberry sauce. Pour sauce evenly over chicken and cover dish with waxed paper.
3. Cook 20 minutes, basting with sauce and rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
4. Rest, covered, 10 minutes before serving
