Cranberry Cheese Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Sweetened condensed milk | 1 14 Ounce | |
| 2 3-ounce packages cream cheese, quartered | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Graham Cracker Crust | ||
| Whole cranberry sauce | 1 16 Ounce | |
| Unsweetened whipped cream | ||
Directions
Place steel blade in work bowl.
Add the sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, lemon juice, and vanilla.
Process till smooth; turn into chilled Graham Cracker Crust.
Carefully spoon cranberry sauce atop cheese mixture in pie shell; stir gently to marble.
Freeze several hours or overnight till firm.
Let pie stand about 10 minutes at room temperature before serving.
Garnish with unsweetened whipped cream.
Slice pie and serve immediately.
