1 (10-14 pounds) bone-in, fully-cooked ham
Whole cloves
1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup burgundy
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
Directions
Place ham, fat side up, in shallow roasting pan.
Score fat in diamond pattern; stud with cloves.
Insert meat thermometer.
Bake in 325 degree oven for 2-1/2 to 3 hours, or until meat thermometer registers 130 degrees.
In saucepan, stir together cranberry sauce, brown sugar, burgundy, and mustard; simmer 5 minutes, uncovered.
During last 30 minutes baking time for ham, spoon half of cranberry glaze over it.
Pass remaining as a sauce.
