Cranberry Apple Waldorf Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 envelopes Unflavored Gelatine | ||
| Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Boiling water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cranberry juice | 3 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Apple | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Walnuts | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
In large bowl, mix unflavored gelatine with sugar; add boiling water and stir until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
Stir in cranberry juice.
Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites, about 45 minutes.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 8-inch square baking pan; chill until firm, about 3 hours, lb serve, cut into 4-inch squares and serve, if desired, on lettuce-lined plates.
