Cranberry And Raspberry Fool Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup granulated fructose
1/4 cup raspberry juice
2 cup prepared nondairy whipped topping
Directions
Combine cranberries, raspberries, and fructose in a food processor or blender.
Process into a puree.
Transfer to a nonstick saucepan.
Stir in raspberry juice.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture is a thick puree.
If desired, press through a sieve to remove seeds.
Transfer mixture to a large bowl.
Cover and chill mixture thoroughly.
