Cranberry Raspberry Mould Recipe

1 family size raspberry gelatin
 
3/4 cup boiling water
 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
 
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
 
1 cup sour cream

Directions

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add undrained crushed pineapple and whole cranberry sauce.
Chill until mixture is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Pour 1/2 the mixture in a 6 1/2 cup ring mold.
In a small bowl, stir sour cream thoroughly and spread over gelatin.
Gently spoon the remaining gelatin mixture over top.
Place ring mold in refrigerator and chill to a firm set.
Unmold on a serving plate.
This goes well with turkey.(It is not a dessert.)
