Cranberry Cheese Squares Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 3-ounce package orange-pineapple-flavored gelatin | ||
| Orange juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whipping cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
| Package cream cheese | 1 3 Ounce, softened | |
| Pecans | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Whole cranberry sauce | 1 16 Ounce | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground allspice | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup orange sections | ||
| 1 7 ounce bottle ginger ale, chilled | ||
Directions
Dissolve orange-pineapple-flavored gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; stir in orange juice.
Chill till partially set.
Blend a little whipped cream into cheese; fold in remaining cream.
Add nuts; fold into partially set gelatin.
Pour into 9x9x2-inch pan; chill till almost firm.
Soften unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water; stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved.
Combine next 5 ingredients; stir in gelatin.
Gradually stir in ginger ale.
Pour slowly over cheese layer.
Chill till firm.
Chill till partially set.
