 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Chopped onion2 Teaspoon
 Liquid smoke2 Teaspoon (if you have to use it go ahead, i smoke my own fish)
 Prepared horseradish1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Canned salmon16 Ounce, flaked (drained,bones removed)
 Chopped pecans1⁄2 Tablespoon (for Garnish)
 Fresh parsley1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped (for Garnish - don't substitute this for dried)

Directions

Preperation:

In a small mixer bowl beat cream cheese at medium speed. scraping the bowl often, until light and fluffy. (2 to 3 min)

Add salt,lemon juice,onion,liquid smoke and horseradish.

continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 min)

By hand, stir in salmon. spoon into serving bowl. If desired garnish with pecans and parsley.

serve with crackers. store refrigerated
