Craked Salmon and Pecan Cheese ball Recipe
A wonderful addition to dinner parties, this cheeseball is delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients
8oz cream cheese, softened
1/2tsp salt
1tbsp lemon juice
2tsp finely chopped onion
2tsp liquid smoke (if you have to use it go ahead, i smoke my own fish)
1/2tsp prepared horseradish
16oz can salmon,drained,bones removed,flaked
Chopped pecans
Chopped fresh parsley (don't substitute this for dried)
Directions
Preperation:
In a small mixer bowl beat cream cheese at medium speed. scraping the bowl often, until light and fluffy. (2 to 3 min)
Add salt,lemon juice,onion,liquid smoke and horseradish.
continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 min)
By hand, stir in salmon. spoon into serving bowl. If desired garnish with pecans and parsley.
serve with crackers. store refrigerated
