Craked Salmon and Pecan Cheese ball Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese | 8 Ounce, softened | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chopped onion | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Liquid smoke | 2 Teaspoon (if you have to use it go ahead, i smoke my own fish) | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Canned salmon | 16 Ounce, flaked (drained,bones removed) | |
| Chopped pecans | 1⁄2 Tablespoon (for Garnish) | |
| Fresh parsley | 1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped (for Garnish - don't substitute this for dried) |

Directions
In a small mixer bowl beat cream cheese at medium speed. scraping the bowl often, until light and fluffy. (2 to 3 min)
Add salt,lemon juice,onion,liquid smoke and horseradish.
continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 min)
By hand, stir in salmon. spoon into serving bowl. If desired garnish with pecans and parsley.
serve with crackers. store refrigerated
