Crackling Corn Bread Recipe
Corn bread is a classic recipe you will enjoy at the snack time. You can pack this in kids tiffin and serve with tea or coffee. Bake this bread and enjoy!!

Ingredients
| All-purpose flour-2 tablespoons | ||
| Cornmeal | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 , Well beaten | |
| Milk | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cracklings-1 1/2cups | ||
| Baking powder | 4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1)In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt and baking powder.
2)In another bowl add egg and milk.
3)Mix the tow mixtures to moisten dry ingredients.
4)Fold in cracklings.
5)Take a hot well-greased shallow pan and pour the batter.
6)Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
SERVING
7)Serve the cracking corn bread as a snack.
