Cracker Jacks Recipe

Ingredients
Unrefined safflower oil, small amount
Peanuts
Pumpkin seeds
Sunflower seeds
Sesame seeds
Chia seeds
Nut meats (any kind)
Coconut
Raw honey or pure maple syrup
Directions
Heat a heavy skillet on medium heat.
Add oil, just enough to barely coat the bottom of the pan.
Add the peanuts and seeds.
Roast lightly.
Add the nut meats and coconut.
Continue roasting until the coconut begins to turn golden.
Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup to taste—just enough to coat the nuts and seeds lightly.
Eat while warm.
