Directions
MAKING
1) Cook the celery and onion in butter in a medium skillet, till the vegetables are tender but not brown.
2) Use milk to moisten the crackers.
3) Mix together the crackers, onion mixture, egg, parsley, dried thyme, dried sage, salt and a dash of pepper.
SERVING
4) Use the stuffing as required. The recipe makes enough stuffing for one 3 to 4 pound chicken.
