Cracked Wheat With Sour Cream Recipe
Ingredients
1/3 cup margarine
1 /3 cup olive oil
2 cups cracked wheat
3 cups chicken stock or vegetable stock
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cooked, sliced mushrooms
Directions
Heat margarine and olive oil in a saucepan.
Saute cracked wheat until golden brown, stirring constantly.
Add chicken or vegetable stock, cover saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
When wheat is cooked, remove pan from stove, and stir in sour cream and mushrooms.
