Ingredients

 
1 large onion, chopped
 
1 green pepper, chopped
 
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
 
1 lb. crabmeat
 
1 jar (4 oz.) sliced pimiento, drained
 
1/4 cup dry white wine
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 
Juice from 1 lemon

Directions

Place onion, green pepper and butter in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 4 to 6 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
Stir in crab, pimiento, wine, salt and pepper.
Cover and microwave 6 to 8 minutes or until crabmeat is cooked.
Stir once during cooking.
