Ingredients

 
1/2 pound fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked
 
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
 
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
 
2 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
 
1 tablespoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise
 
1 teaspoon lemon juice
 
Dash of pepper
 
2 Bibb lettuce leaves
 
4 cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions

Combine crabmeat, onion, and parsley in a small bowl; stir well to combine.
Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper in a small bowl, srirring until well blended.
Pour over the mixture.
Toss gently to mix well; cover and chill thoroughly.
Spoon onto individual lettuce-lined serving plates, and surround with cherry tomato halves.
