Crabmeat Supremes Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cups coffee cream | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Mushrooms | 2 Can (10oz), sliced | |
| Sliced almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), toasted | |
| 1 pound lump crabmeat, cut into bite-sized pieces | ||
| Cooking sherry | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Paprika | ||
| 24 2-inch pastry shells | ||
Directions
Melt butter, add flour and salt, and cook for 1 minute.
Then add cream, stirring constantly, and cook until thickened.
Add mushrooms, almonds, crabmeat and cooking sherry.
Place mixture in pastry shells; top each with cheese, and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400° on ungreased cookie sheet for approximately 8 minutes.
