 Butter4 Tablespoon
 Flour4 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 2 cups coffee cream
 Cheddar Cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Mushrooms2 Can (10oz), sliced
 Sliced almonds1/2 Cup (16 tbs), toasted
 1 pound lump crabmeat, cut into bite-sized pieces
 Cooking sherry1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Paprika
 24 2-inch pastry shells

Directions

Melt butter, add flour and salt, and cook for 1 minute.
Then add cream, stirring constantly, and cook until thickened.
Add mushrooms, almonds, crabmeat and cooking sherry.
Place mixture in pastry shells; top each with cheese, and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400° on ungreased cookie sheet for approximately 8 minutes.
