 Butter1⁄4 Pound
 Garlic1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), finely minced
 Finely minced green onions1 Tablespoon
 Lump crab meat1 Pound (Fresh)
 Chopped chives1 Tablespoon
 Finely chopped parsley1 Tablespoon
 Lime1 , juiced
 Toast rounds12

Directions

Melt butter in a large skillet and add garlic and green onions.
Cook, stirring about 3 minutes, but do not brown.
Add crabmeat and toss gently and thoroughly until heated through.
Sprinkle with chives, pars ley and lime juice.
Spoon mixture onto hot toast rounds or serve over rice.
Serves 6.
