Crabmeat Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Crabmeat | 1 Cup (16 tbs), frozen | |
| 2 hard-cooked eggs chopped | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Toasted almonds | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1.
Mix the crabmeat, carefully picked over, with the chopped eggs, celery, salt, and almonds.
Chill.

Blend the mayonnaise and vinegar and combine with the crabmeat mixture.
Garnish with tomato wedges and additional hard-cooked eggs cut in wedges.
