Crabmeat Lafitte Recipe
Ingredients
| White onion | 1/4 , chopped | |
| Green onions | 2 , chopped | |
| Oleo | 1/4 pound | |
| 1 pound lump crabmeat | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon table salt | ||
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 ounces sherry wine | ||
| 4 halves of toast, sliced | ||
| Hollandaise Sauce | ||
| Paprika | 1 Dash | |
Directions
Saute white and green onions in butter until limp.
Add crabmeat and salt and pepper.
Blend together until warm.
Add sherry wine and simmer.
Spoon onto toast and overlay with Hollandaise Sauce.
Sprinkle with paprika on center of sauce.
Serves 4.
