Ingredients

 
1/2 cup milk
 
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
 
1 can (7 1/2 oz.) flaked cooked crabmeat
 
Whites of 3 hard-cooked eggs, diced
 
Yolks of 3 hard-cooked eggs, mashed
 
3/4 tsp. salt
 
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
 
Dash of cayenne pepper
 
3 tbsp. butter, melted
 
Wheaties or buttered bread crumbs

Directions

Heat oven to 450° (hot).
Mix milk and bread crumbs.
Gently stir in crabmeat and diced egg whites.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Place into buttered 9x5x3" loaf pan or 1 1/2-qt. baking dish.
Sprinkle with Wheaties or buttered crumbs.
Bake 15 min.
