Crabmeat Canapes Recipe
Ingredients
| Crabmeat | 1 Can (10oz), drained, flaked | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Green onions | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Curry powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 6 dozen crisp round crackers | ||
| Shredded Swiss cheese | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Thoroughly mix together all ingredients except crackers to make a spread.
Place 1/2 teaspoon crabmeat mixture on each cracker round.
Arrange 12 at a time on paper plate or towels.
Cook in Radarange oven 30 seconds.
Repeat with remaining crackers.
