 Crabmeat2 Can (10oz), drained, flaked
 Soda crackers 10 , crushed
 Catsup2 Tablespoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1/4 Teaspoon
 Dash of hot sauce
 1 egg, slightly beaten
 Bacon strips7

Directions

Mix together crabmeat, cracker crumbs, catsup, pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce, and beaten egg.
Shape mixture into small rolls about 1 1/2 inches long.
Cut bacon strips into thirds.
Wrap bacon pieces around crabmeat rolls.
Secure with a toothpick.
Place a double layer of paper towels on a paper plate or dish suitable for microwav-ing.
Arrange about 12 rolls on the plate.
Cover with a paper towel.
Microwave at HIGH 3 to 3 1/2 minutes.
Rotate plate 1/2 turn.
Microwave at HIGH an additional 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until bacon is crisp.
Serve hot with cocktail sauce, if desired.
Microwave remaining rolls following same directions.
