Ingredients

 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 Egg yolk1
 Parmesan cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Crabmeat2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 c. cream or evaporated milk
 Salt To Taste
 Paprika

Directions

Melt butter, add crabmeat and saute 3 minutes.
Add cornstarch mixed with cream and egg yolk.
Cook until thick; season with salt, and pour into buttered casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake at 350° only until cheese has melted.
Serve immediately on oven browned buttered toast or slices of cold avocado.
May be baked in individual casseroles.
Serves 2-4.
