| Crabmeat | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 tall can (about 10) artichoke hearts | ||
| Mashed potato | 1 Can (10oz), frozen | |
| Mushrooms | 1 4 Ounce, sliced | |
| Cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 c. Ritz cheese crackers, crumbled | ||
Directions
Place artichoke hearts in bottom of casserole.
Mix together sliced mushrooms, crabmeat (which has been torn apart), and potato soup.
Put juice from mushrooms and 1/2 c.cream in potato soup can to mix together.
Add this liquid to the mixture - then pour all over the artichoke hearts.
Crumble the crackers and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serves 6.
