 Crabmeat1 pound, drained, flaked
 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper white1/4 Teaspoon
 6 English muffins, split and toasted
 Eggs12 Small, poached
 New Orleans Cream Sauce
 Paprika

Directions

Cook crabmeat in butter about 5 minutes.
Stir in salt and pepper.
Spoon a small amount of crabmeat onto English muffins.
Top each with a poached egg.
Spoon New Orleans Cream Sauce over eggs.
Sprinkle with paprika
