Crabmeat And Artichoke Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups hot milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
1 can (1 lb.) artichoke hearts, drained
2 1/2 cups crabmeat
Directions
Melt butter, add flour and cook 2 minutes without browning.
Whisk in milk and cook until thickened.
Add salt, pepper, mustard, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
Add artichoke hearts.
Mix eggs, artichoke hearts, sauce and crabmeat.
Turn into 7 x 11-inch casserole.
Sprinkle with 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
