Crab Cake Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound crabmeat, cartilage removed | ||
| 1/2 cup cracker crumbs | ||
| 1 egg. lightly beaten | ||
| Prepared mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6 soft rolls | ||
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients; mix gently.
Form into 6 patties.
In a frying pan, melt butter; saute patties until golden brown.
Serve immediately on rolls.
