Ingredients
1 7 1/2-ounce can crab meat, drained flaked, and cartilage removed
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped, unpeeled cucumber
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
4 medium tomatoes, Lettuce, Lemon wedges
Directions
Combine crab meat, celery, cucumber, and salt.
Stir in mayonnaise.
Chill.
Turn tomatoes stem end down.
Make 5 downward slices (parallel to one another), cutting to but not through bottom.
Sprinkle cut surfaces lightly with salt.
Fill between slices with crab meat salad.
Serve on lettuce leaves with lemon wedges.
