12 large fresh mushrooms
 
1/2 cup crab meat
 
1 tablespoon butter
 
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
 
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
 
1 teaspoon lemon juice
 
Dash of salt
 
2 tablespoons buttered fine bread crumbs

Directions

Wash mushrooms.
Trim tips of stems.
Remove caps; set aside.
Finely chop stems.
Cut or chop crab meat into small pieces.
Melt butter in skillet; cook chopped mushroom stems until just tender.
Add crab,' celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt.
Stuff mushroom,caps; sprinkle with crumbs.
Broil about 7 minutes.
Serve hot
