Crab Soup Carolina Style Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups white crabmeat, flaked and cartilage removed
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of shrimp soup
3 tablespoons butter
2 strips (3 inches each) lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon ground mace
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons dry sherry (optional)
2 cups milk
Directions
Combine all ingredients except milk in crock pot; stir well.
Cover and cook on low setting for 3 to 5 hours.
Stir in milk during last hour.
